Terms of Service

1. What AgentDuck is

AgentDuck is a control plane for AI coding agents. You describe a coding task, we dispatch it to an agent provider you have connected, and the result comes back to you as a pull request on your own GitHub repository. We do not write the code ourselves and we are not the agent: we are the desk you dispatch from and the queue you review in.

2. Your account

You sign in with GitHub. You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping access to your GitHub account secure, and for making sure you are allowed to connect the repositories you connect. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

3. Your repositories and your code

• You choose exactly which repositories our GitHub App can access, and you can change or revoke that at any time from GitHub.
• Agents open pull requests on their own branches. Nothing is merged without you clicking merge, either here or on GitHub.
• Your code stays yours. We claim no ownership over your repositories or anything an agent produces in them.

4. Agent providers and your own keys

AgentDuckruns on your own provider accounts. You connect credentials for the agents you want to use, and the work runs under your account with that provider, billed by them at their rates. We never mark up tokens. You are responsible for complying with each provider's own terms, and for any spend you incur there. Budgets and cost tracking in AgentDuck are best-effort estimates to help you stay in control, not a billing guarantee.

5. What AI output is worth

Agent output can be wrong, incomplete, insecure or plainly strange. Summaries and risk flags are aids to your judgement, never a substitute for it. You are the reviewer, and you are responsible for what you merge. Do not merge work you have not understood, and keep your normal review, CI and release safeguards in place.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use AgentDuck to:

• break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or work on repositories you are not authorised to change;
• build malware, spam systems, or tooling whose purpose is to harm others;
• attack, overload, reverse engineer or circumvent limits on the service, or resell it as your own;
• pool one paid plan or one set of provider credentials across people or organisations it was not bought for.

7. Plans, trials and billing

• Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan begins and your card is charged. We email you before that happens.
• Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Except where the law requires it, payments already made are not refundable, but we would rather sort out a genuine problem than argue about it: write to us.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep AgentDuck running, but it is provided as-is, without a guaranteed uptime. We may change, add or remove features, and we may change these terms; if a change matters, we will say so in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

9. Ending things

You may stop using AgentDuck and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to harm others, or is not paid for. On closure your stored credentials are deleted; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to the rest of your data.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AgentDuck is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or damaged code or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
